2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the official Velaris Femme website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
3. Product Presentation
Each Velaris Femme piece is carefully curated and presented with attention to detail.
Please note:
- Slight variations in color, tone, or finish may occur due to screen settings or production nuances.
- All items are subject to availability.
Velaris Femme operates with selected international fulfillment partners to ensure worldwide accessibility. In rare cases of stock limitations, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
4. Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR).
For international customers, prices may also be shown in US Dollars (USD).
Prices shown in USD are indicative and may vary depending on exchange rate fluctuations or payment provider conversion rates.
Velaris Femme reserves the right to adjust prices due to:
- Exchange rate movements
- Supplier cost adjustments
- Tax or regulatory changes
Confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.
In the event of a technical or pricing mistake, Velaris Femme reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the secure payment methods provided at checkout.
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Velaris Femme reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.
As an international brand working with selected fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Seasonal demand
- External disruptions
Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned within 14 days after notification.
Items must be returned:
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- In their original packaging
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Exceptions – Jewelry & Hygiene
Due to hygiene and quality standards, certain items cannot be returned.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized items
- Sealed hygiene products once opened
- Jewelry removed from its original packaging
Velaris Femme reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
9. Refunds
Once returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Velaris Femme may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
10. Liability
Velaris Femme’s liability is limited to the purchase amount of the item in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Force Majeure
Velaris Femme shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including supplier disruptions, transport interruptions, or governmental measures.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
