Returns & Refund

We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Be unused and in the same condition as received

- Be returned in their original packaging

- Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Important – Jewelry Returns

Due to hygiene and quality standards, jewelry items may only be returned if they have not been removed from their original packaging.

Jewelry must remain:

- Unopened

- Unworn

- In original, sealed condition

If the packaging has been opened or the item has been removed, we are unable to accept the return.

 

When Can You Expect Your Refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
